Comment:
The mix could be whittled down, but when you've got 74 minutes to work with...Anyway, I thought the flow on this mix works pretty well.
Feedback:
Good stuff. Tell Her No is one of my all time favs.
Great band, nice mix. Personally, I'd just make someone a copy of Odessey & Oracle, and maybe toss on "She's Not There" and "Tell Her No" for good measure. Odessey is pretty damn essential.
Nice flow and intro.
I've avoided making a Zombies mix b/c I'm not sure how to not use all of Odessey and Oracle (minus "Butcher's Tale"). You've done a good job of covering the essentials!
Not sure how I missed this from last year. Personally, I like virtually everything they ever recorded. You should hear the great Zombies tribute cd from 10 years ago or so - really great versions of songs. Also, have you heard the new post-Zombies comp (with solo Colin / Neil McArthur singles, etc.)? Very interesting, though maybe not as solid as his first solo album. Good stuff.
