Comment:
A collection of many of my very favorite reggae tunes, most of which have found their way onto my posted mixes before. Thank you Orchid, I think, for the Susan Cadogan, and Nick for Big Dog Bloxie. Enjoy! Thanks Jeff, for pointing out that three of the songs have been corrupted by Apple. Here are good apple versions of #s 8, 14 and 23. http://download.yousendit.com/2312A0D3353F555A
Feedback:
Jolly dee, with a side order of curried goat and basmati methinks.
Boom shacka lacka indeed!
I feel the groove.
Skankin'.
Terrific stuff. And, I've found my Halloween Costume!!!
This is where it's it Blasimon. Great stuff. Cheers for the DL. Hey, and it's great to see you flying solo again!
cool! where u been anyway.
I'm riding that Roots Train right now - this is truly Beautiful . . .
my only regret - (being that I'm the last person in California not using i-tunes), is that Apple won't let any of my music software look at its proprietary "m4p" format tracks, so there are a few of these I didn't get to hear - and the rest being so great, I'm sad to miss out on Freddy, Johnny, & Hopeton. Ah well - Lee Perry is the Big Dog! Mash on, Blasimon!

Joey, sorry about that, I didn't even think of it. I don't think itunes users can listen to them either, if I bought them on iTunes. I'll send you and post up an updated link with "clean files". Thank you for the comments! (PS, re pic: Here's me in Berkeley!)
Chock-full of down island delights. Paradise!
here's a genre I know little about, but much enjoy when it fills my ears. favorites are 1-3-5-12-20. using i-tunes, there were serveral "mystery" tracks for me too. great work, S±r. Blasikin.
ah, you slipped another one past the slippery one !!
