Another super-quick "for the hell of it" mix. Thanks to lo-fi for the Kendra Smith and Ivor Cutler tracks. Title from the pen of Mr. Green Gartside.

Would you look at that! This "quick" mix is redolent of much thought. It's not that I don't believe you. It's just that you're obviously too good at this. So "for the hell of it", I salute you again. I see how you slipped "sex Dwarf" in to add to the effect...ha!

2nd mix in as many weeks that lifts its title from a Scritti track! This looks fab as usual. Great opener and closer. Lots of fine stuff in the middle also..

Lots of likely and unlikely cuts married well here Roberto. Magic opener and a pretty underrated Goats track. Marvellous

Another mix that takes its title from a Scritti Politti song? I hope your next mix isn't called Pray Like Aretha Franklin. Though if it's an Aretha single artist mix, that might be a pretty good name. But I digress. Always like your "for the hell of it" mixes. I hope to see a song from one of my mixes represented one day.

Jeebus, Rob how did this slip by the radar on me? Fuckin' fantastic stuff all the way through, man. Seriously. Think I might like that Urinals->Hold Steady run the best, though.

If all your quickies are this enjoyable, your new sweetie is a lucky woman indeed. I espcailly like the Mountain Goats cut, the Ivor Cutler cut, and the fact that you managed to get the Goats and Ivor on the same mix.

Lovin' the Meters, Urge Overkill; how can I pass up Shack's "London Town" on a "for the hell of it" mix?

W-o-w! Good one, and the genres are certainly very nicely mixed up here! That Dylan -> Scritti Politti stretch is very cool (love the SP especially) and nice Kasabian inclusion too.

I knew that Sabbath cut was floating around in my head for a reason. ;-)(Seriously, I totally forgot that you had just used it on one of yours) Again, well done, good sir.
