Comment:
I promised my friend a mix after he passed out at my birthday party a month and a half ago listening to a Bobby "Blue" Bland 78. This is the result. I don't know why, but I wanted it to be all jazz, blues, soul and country.Feedback:
Like this. Willie's track is called "When the ROLE is called up yonder." I'm missing the Kenny Dorham, J.J. Johnson and Oliver Nelson tracks. Will have to look for those. But thanks.
Choice.
Great mix, and I beg to differ with 2old2matter. According to my copy of Troublemaker you have spelt the Nelson track correctly.
I'm gonna resist,I'm gonna resist,I'm gonna resist.. I have a real softspot for this mix. DAMN! In all seriousness I do though, It looks excellent. And the spelling is 'Roll', yes.
Tres cool.
(And Role, Roll or Rol"...I'll be there.")

good times.
I dig this A LOT!
Oh baby, rock and role all night long. This looks wonderful. If I crash your next party & pass out, can I get a copy?
Incidentally, I have to go with barrydali - you've go the Willie Nelson right. OTOH, I'm pretty sure "Pity" only has one "t," whether it's Bobby or Mr. T pitying the fool.

Great stuff.
I edited the title of the Willie song since the first comment. It's spelled right on the track listing, which is what counts.
Holy shit! This is unbelievably good.
