For the first time in nearly a decade, and definitely the first time since we were married six years ago, Baby and I have a room mate. A friend of ours moved from Ohio to Texas into our house about six months ago...I made this mix as a sort of "Welcome to Texas". Normally, once I put a song on a mix, I won't put it on another, but I decided to wave that rule for this one.

Well, that's certainly a nice welcome mix! Some of these songs are definitely worthy of being included on more than one mix - you've even found what must be the only good song on the most recent I am Kloot album.
This is great. several new ones for me. Would love to get that George DeVore track, which seems to be out of print.
it's too bad the move wasn't the opposite just because there's a Damien Jurado song called "Texas To Ohio" hahaha. anyways, great mix :) I really love seeing Wilco and Uncle Tupelo on the same mix! mmmmm good.
