On The See-Saw (With Mixxer and Barrydali)
Comment:
The Alternating DJ Devil dropped by the playground and tapped those two innocent
kids on the shoulder for a followup session.
This time it's Mixxer on impairs and Barrydali on pairs.
(That's French for odds and evens, y'all.)
There was no plan, but the see-saw went back and forth with one song leading to another.
Every track is awesome, and you can trust us to be objective on that since
we are not the ones singing.
Artwork creatively supplied by Barry. Thanks man, it was an excellent collaboration and I
hope folks will enjoy the results.
Feedback:
Very cool. I have been listening to Hem a lot lately.
the Chords , oh yes
looks nice, & enjoyed notes.
Nice - especially the kirsty-aeroplanes-maritime run.
Toadally new to me, boys. Thanks for the DL.
You guys aren't singing on any of these tracks? Aw shucks. Never mind, some fab choices here. Helen Love, New Porno's, Lush & Mates of State grab me. Gonna listen to this in full tomorrow. Looking forward...
(very cool comments as well)

Looks cool, bloke.
Beautiful! New Pornographers, Bearsuit, Kirsty MacColl and Arab Strap? Definitely my kind of mix. And, you both made great choices. Another lovely collaboration.
Lovely. That Fruit Bats to Aeroplane stretch is truly inspired
Listening to this now... loving the flow of it. Liking that The Walkabouts to Tobin Sprout stretch.
That was yet another great listen - thanks, people!
T-r-o-u-b-l-e! Times two. This pair is impairs! Go gentleman! Allez-y!
Hearing impaired! Certainly not!!!
It figures that a couple of my favorite AOTMers would come up with something good. You can both ride my see-saw anytime.
This is brilliant straight up and down. It's that simple. Yes, I am enjoying the results.
It's a triple threat...triple the goodness.
Ever excellent.
well look at this. I haven't been paying attention. I'll be downloading tomorrow. looks great.
Hi sorry to ask but what is "done it Swann's Way?"
Lovejoy, that was a comment on your Proust mix. The reference is to the first book of Proust's 7 volume series "In Search of Lost Time" - the first book is called "Du c(tT de chez Swann" or usually in English as "Swann's Way."
Hmmm, nice collaboration. I missed this one, Ed...must have been that long blink on November eleventh.
Looks like I missed this... boo. Ho hum - looks like a winner.
This looks really fun to hear, and the title is perfect for an Alternating DJ mix.
