Comment:
Actually, I rarely hear any of these tracks on the Radio Stations I listen to. Which is a darn shame I reckon. Never mind, one day Radio Art Of the Mix will burst onto the airwaves and these are the kind of gems I'd be spinning..A choice of downloads await as per usual, the 'mix' and the mp3s which you can do whatever you will with!
Many thanks to Moe for the delightful Alzo & Udine track. Enjoy..
Pt1 Pt2

Feedback:
This is stylish stuff. I knew a lot of it but have made some cool discoveries too like the Roy Vedas, Alzo & Udine, and Jakokoyak. Blinding as always mate.
looks terrific to my untrained eyes -- great love, flaming lips, AIS & frankie valli going on there...
actually I never listen to the rsdio anymore but if this was on I would
I am like the swede. At this moment there are 9255 songs on my ipod each one I have chose to put on it. I can go roughly three weeks and never hear the same song/version twice and no commerials. That is what I call radio hemizen. Note: all the tracks on this mix would be very much welcome on my ipods, many are already there.
Sammy, I want to listen to your radio station! Unlike p, I listen to the radio sometimes, either rkol or wfmu on streaming download, or one of the many college stations we're blessed with in Boston.
Radio AOTM will far surpass anything on the air today, expecially if DJ Sammy is spinning these songs.
Radia AOTM, yummy!
24 60 mixes each & every day!
This one flies all over, and nicely too!

This looks fantastic. And "No One's Little Girl" is indeed on my Raincoats mix, my friend. This mix would make *me* listen to the radio, as well (echoing the swede below).
Truly excellent stuff. Ah, and that opener had 'essas pessoas da sala de jantar' going round and round in my head for weeks when I first heard it. In a good way, obviously.
Wonderful!
Now that would be brilliant! I suppose that instead of guest editors, we'd all have guest DJ spots. Very cool indeed! I really love that entire Flaming Lips -> end stretch, and it's great to see Apples In Stereo on there. At work I'm forced to listen to Radio 2 all day and I WISH they would play half these songs!
Loving this mix. Anything that opens with that Os Mutantes track is aces in my book.
I'm with Siobhan on that closing stretch. Well mixed Sir Sammy!
Yes the world would be a better place with Radio Sammy. Actually it's been like Radio Sammy in my car, as your mixes are in heavy rotation in my car and living rooom (and yes, long overdue feedback is forthcoming). Radio AOTM would be good too, but I've seen a mix or two posted here that would be best left unheard.
Tune in, turn on -- wait, that expression's always troubled me -- shouldn't you turn on before you tune in -- psychedelia eh, absolute nonsense! But damn, the music was good. Just like this sweet "radio" show from mixmaster sammyg123. Listened to this on my way back from Liverpool this very evening -- the miles flew by; and it soothed my taut nerves. I say again -- sweet!
Os Mutantes! this looks really good
Thank you for the music
I'd sign up for Radio Sammy!
FAR better than anything coming through AM or FM (or XM for that matter. I gotta cancel that friggin subscription, btw.)Great stuff. And, I love that finale!!!!
Nice one... lots of great picks.
Couldn't tell you the last time I listened to the radio (save fer 5 Live) I'd tune in to this tho most ceertainly.
wayne freakin' gibson??? jeez ain't seen him on a mix...super stuff sammyg!
finally got to listen to this just seconds before it dropped off the top 100. this is my new radio station! really great, Sam. a wild opener, and nos. 5 & 20 also stood out from this incredible pack.
This is precisely the kind of thing I want to hear on the radio.
I DL'd this weeks ago but just recently got around to listening. Great stuff, that McKay track is wonderful, where did you find them. Other favorites: 1, 2 , 8, 11 and that blast from the past Young Rascals.
