Comment:

No, this has nothing to do with Christmas (thematically). Just happened to be putting together a mixed genre, relatively non-threatening (yet nonetheless marginally unpredictable) mix that could be tossed into the background for upcoming holiday parties, and this is what evolved, somewhat haphazardly. Yes, holiday parties, for those of us who recognize that not everyone happens to celebrate the same damn holidays -- something that the braindead wackjobs of Fox News and their fascist fundie dittohead brigades have decided, once again, to deem some sort of "War on Christmas." Get the fuck over it already.

For maximum HOLIDAY party enjoyment, this is segued together. And, once again, damn if working the cross-fades doesn't take twice as long as making the rest of the mix.

This looks tremendous, both the mix and the cover. One of your best, I'd say.

Pop, me man, this is toppers! And you are also correct... I spend 90% of my time in the 10 seconds between songs. Damn that cross fade addiction!

Looks fantastic, though the O'Reilly factor on the cover turns my tummy a bit.

Yes, excellent! Another vote for a download link, especially since you put all that work into the cross-fades.

Love the Donovan, Trex, YLY, Wilco Picks. Love the jenny Lewis. And I guess the Len choice is a bit of a Guilty Pleasure. Fine Mix..

Love it. Always remember: axial tilt is the reason for the season. Merry Tiltmas, one and all.

Thoroughly filled with goodness and joy. Why, surely that's the very essence of Christmas. Excellent Peggy Lee and New Order choices, to name but two.

Fabulous stuff - and at last (I think), the Beatles and Hanson together.
