Comment:

I'm invigorated to be fit, pre-New Year's, and needed a tape to play that would help me sustain energy, which in my case tends to be more aggressive in nature. It contains music for a warm-up, stretching, and cool-down too. It works. Always important to remember to breathe.

Oh dearie me, I missed another one. Well, you know how it is, so many great mixes so little etc....Damned if this isn't the rockingest tunefest in many a month. Kicks off with bravado and rolls on mightily to a stupendous Floyd/Radiohead climax. I hope Mr. Connection has fully recovered from his near-Radiohead experience. Good one. Happy New Year to you.
