A Magnetic Fields mix for unfun girl. Choosing my favourite Stephin Merritt songs is like choosing a favourite child so this kind of mix is totally dependent on my mood. If I made this today or tomorrow it would be completely different. So no bitching about how I left off "Take Ecstacy With Me" or Gothic Archies stuff!Feedback:
Something tells me Jessy has gotten some pretty rockin' tapes lately. This is a great tape!
Oh man...Merritt's stuff has been on my "to get" list for about a year now. But I can't afford it...yet. All I have is "Memories of Love," "I'm Lonely (And I Love It)," "Get Lost" and a bunch of mp3s. Damn...great stuff. I probably would have included more FBH stuff though. But really, you can't go wrong with any of it.
