Feedback:
Yay! New tunage from Leif, and I pretty much don't know any of it. A surprise treat in store for me, I'm sure. Will post more once I give a listen.
Lots of cool-ities, 7,11,19-25 to name a few.
Love that Newsom selection. And that Madeleine Peyroux is lovely. Nice mix.
looks excellent as ever.
Cool As. I know a healthy proportion of this particular mix as well! The rest I'm looking forward to hearing. Great work Leif..
"Cinematic Reprise" is quite trippy, I like it. And the transition from track 4 to track fine is just perfect. (Made me think that a mix with nothing but ethnic wind instruments could be nice.) I love the TV on the Radio track. No wonder they are one everyone's best of 2006 list. Another beautiful discovery was Donald Byrd's "Christo Redentor." Joanna Newsome apparently is an acquired taste--and I'm still acquiring. Thanks for all the music. The DL even included an additional track not mentioned here.
This is great!
