Comment:

This was a mix made for a friend named John. I am only beginning to get to know him, so a lot of it was guesswork mixed with tried and true favorites. The result...? He loved it!

I had a friend named John. Oh he was a great pal of mine; we were inseparable, the best of jolly chums. Ah, but that was many years ago and many "friends" ago. I wonder where he is now. Whither has Johnny wandered? Such fond memories of splendid summers and fizzy pop.Your excellent mix has hit me hard. The Mary Lou Lord song, which has no relevance at all to anyone I have ever known, is full of nostalgic resonance; and I don't know why. Would you Adam and Eve it, I haven't even heard the mix and I have a lump in my throat. Perhaps you are a sorceress of the mix. Your creations seek out our weakness and spread their "remedies" therein.
