Comment:

A pretty straightforward list of reggae / dub, from my limited collection. There's a little backstory to this mix, played out in lyrics and track titles. Our protagonist is free individual, oppressed by his surroundings. He is arrested & judged, finds redemption, and is then released. His opressors hound him, and he retreats to a life of simplicity and quiet. The story plays out in the first person. (That's what it feels like to me, anyway.)

This mix was made for my mother, who loves reggae. I'm having a little trouble talking to her at the moment, so hopefully this is a good message.
