Comment:
So, ever felt the need to crank some killer rock/pop tunes and go a bit nuts around the place on a Saturday afternoon? This tape was made for my friend Molly with that exact sentiment in mind. Some of these songs are classics, some are guilty pleasures, and all are loud, obnoxious, and just plain FUN. All of the tapes I've been making lately have been so dreamy and semi-serious and arty, and there's nothing wrong with that, but dammit, summer's around the corner (actually, it's here in NC for some freakish 90 degree reason) and it's time to get a bit nutty, so, thus the superfluous exclamation mark on the title. Yeah. There you go.Feedback:
You have officially become the first list that I'm writing down artists to investigate.
Because we don't have much of a local radio scene, I've been struggling to find new sounds, but with Replacements, Stereophonics, Buffalo Tom, Belly, Ned's, Cure, Foo, Bonham... you've got enough of my stuff for me to check out the others!
So thanks.
