Comment:
Music from* but mostly inspired by Veronica Mars.Feedback:
Funny, I love that show (and, jeez, I hope I'm not the only 40-year-old who does). Just finished the Season 2 DVD box set (which used a cool cover of the Kinks' "See My Friends"). Not as good as the first season, but still better than most network tv. Season 3 is ok, I guess, but starting to get old. (How many times can she have her drink dosed? Enough already!)
I find the music on the show kinda hit & miss -- a lot of derivative teen-friendly semi-alt-rock, though some occasionally good picks. And I totally cracked up when they played Olivia Newton-John's so-bad-it's-great 70's classic "Have You Never Been Mellow" on a recent episode.
There's a whole blog that tracks the songs they use on the show: go here.

Well, Pop says it is a show I should check out.
good songs on here. Love the Duran Durn, Howie Day, Natalie Imbruglia, and Spoon tracks.
