Comment:

I guess the songs on side 2 are a lot longer than the songs on side 1. This is almost entirely things I just recently acquired, with a few blasts from the past right at the end for the sake of fun. I'd forgotten how awesomely awesome that Echobelly song is and had kind of written it off as a folly of youth. But no, that song is awesome. Also: Gene Pitney is a date rapist!

Ah, with the title culled from that catchy-as-hell Of Montreal song. Don't know a lot here, but like what I do know. The second half of side one looks especially intriguing.

looks like you've already picked up the new 'Christian Hearse' CD. haven't heard it yet, feeling envy. lots to love here, especially like that Pretenders song and most anything by Mr. Harry Belafonte, Altered Images and Jane Siberry. and I had no idea about Gene Pitney. actually, I thought he was dead and, if so, that makes it even more disgusting. haven't forgotten about our 'arrangement.' been excruciatingly busy lately, but things calm down soon, so something will appear in your box.

Very nice - and agreed that there's a lot to like on here. Big fan of what I know of this, so will be hunting down the rest to complete the set.
