Another super-quick "for the hell of it" mix. Thanks to Jana for finally hipping me to Mose Allison (yes, I'd been reading about him for more than 15 years prior to hearing him for the first time a few years ago, but it was her inclusion of "Your Mind is on Vacation" on our alt-DJ mix that really converted me), to Orchid for her indirect recommendation of Orchestra Baobab (they are indeed amazing) within the past 36-48 hours, and to SwankQueen (again) for hipping me to Melt-Banana (who were completely new to me through her) and Nurse with Wound (whom I'd long wanted to check out prior to recently, but having had no recommendations of what to check out, I held out). Title by Ladyhawk, whom we are planning to catch live in a couple of weeks.Feedback:

That's one of my all-time favorite Magnetic Field tracks - just seeing its name here makes me smile. And, the fact that it is followed by Nurse With Wound just makes that smile even bigger and dopier. I dig it.
Love the Ladyhawk and Unbunny picks as well as Mr Gartside, Joy Division, Merritt and Nurse With Wound.

Dude, I'm sorry I missed this earlier in the week. This looks amazingly great, as usual. Just picked up the VietNam disc a couple of days ago on yr reco and have been enjoying that along with a lot of Amy Winehouse these days. Oh yeah, love the Richard Youngs bookends. Very nice.
