I'm in a weird transitional phase right now and I'm not sure how to feel. So I made a mix cd. (Seems reasonable, right?) Part reflection upon my state of affairs, part badass songs that make me happy. The title track is #8: TL/Rx - "The Crane Takes Flight." This song has been extra resonant with me these days, especially the lyric "...your clothes and your home, like your job, are your own; like your skin and like your scars."
