I started this mix in the early part of summer '06, before I left Brooklyn for the tour season in Europe.I got all the way through track 9 before creatively hitting a brick wall.So there it sat for a long time.The final 10 tracks were placed together whilst packing my belongings and moving to Miami. . . for a girl.It's my good-bye, my swan song, and my Dear John letter to the place that defined me in the most profound ways.

the "This Charming Man" cover drove me nuts, but the Joy Division is an old favorite, and the Folk Implosion, Editors and Mountain Goats songs were tops. thanks for the link.
