Comment:

One of SwankQueen's co-workers (whom I have never met) asked her (after somehow liking the mixes I'd made for SwankQueen) if I could put a mix together for her 21st birthday bar-hopping/party experience. She requested Creedence, Led Zeppelin, that Dylan song, "some hip hop" and "something electronic." This is the result--mixed in an hour but surprisingly fun and fulfilling, if I may say so myself. Thanks to SwankQueen for the Gourds suggestion and for suggesting that specific Doors track. Title from messrs Horowitz, Diamond and Yauch.

Like the hip-hop selection. Rest of the mix looks pretty bad ass.

Nothing like a little challenge from a stranger to inspire a superb mix like this one.

Thanks for doing this, it turned out well; and for including Audrey's requests for Dylan, CCR, and Zep (and my request for The Gourds). Despite the chasm of difference between your taste and hers, I think she'll be happy to receive it.

CCR is not my cup of tea, but you've gone & made another unlikely winner. the whole 1-5 stretch is great fun, & i love the t. rex, 'mats, stones, madvillain, & neil young picks. this looks like alot of fun.

Cool, Rob. I have a kid about that age and this is on track of something he'd like for bar-hopping as well.

You're right, Rob, this indeed looks fun and fulfilling, although I disagree with the "surprisingly" part.
