Oh Skipper! Play the Bossa Nova
Comment:
Ah home again, and the weather is much more agreeable than when I left. The cool spring breeze is a balm on Skippers sunburned epidermis. Strange to be home, only days ago Skipper was in his friend Kaspars (the heartbreak kid) shaded back garden in Rio, drunkenly plucking a guitar and serenading a bevy of amused young ladies in fractured portugese....Well a month in Brasil was a perfect warm up for Skippers vacations next month!
Feedback:
i'm feeling it. good work.
Skipper. How do I become you. Blame it on the Bossa Nova? Vacations have been too few and far between lately. And oh yeah. Great mix.
Sambaphonic! Not having unlimited leisure time like Skipper (nor his yacht and private jet), listening to this mix is likely about as close as I might get to Brazil anytime soon . . . so, would there be any chance of a CD swap for this ?
Fantastic. Actually just been looking at your back-cat of mixes and they're all great. So a belated Welcome to AotM from myself :)
Well deserving of more commentary. All I can say, please trade me for this. MoTW quality, here.
Yeah, I'd love to hear this too. I haven't heard a good third of these. And I love hammocks.
Judging from the very little I know here, it looks excellent . . . . and I love hammocks too . . .
Missed this one... looks excellent
truth is, I love hammocks more than gobi and blasikin combined. great mix, skipper.
played this yesterday in the cool of the twilight hours, perfect. Sonia Rosa is the Brazilian Blossom Dearie. tracks 13 & 20 also hit the spot.
