Comment:
Cocorico - A triumphant cheer - Kinda appropriate cos when I finally nailed this one it's exactly what happened. This is for Laura, my part of a trade, hope you enjoy it Laura. Picasso's 'Femme' is the cover art got to be the simplest picture I've ever used but I think it works well.Feedback:
Lots of great stuff on this! I really like the albums that the Band of Horses and Jim Noir tracks came off of.
Terrific mix Cliffy. The opening pair, the two that Terry picked out along with 6-11 and the Feree track make this a peach. Lucky Laura.
"14 The Bench Connection": is that your cousin, ha, ha.
Good stuff.
Good stuff.
nicely done, friend.
what a string of great songs, only strengthened by that, uh, "enticing" cover art
Very cool. Love the Twilight Sad, Gruff Rhys and The Decemberists tracks especially. And the lovely cover.
Very cool, as Curtis said, although my special props go to the 10-11 pairing.
Cover is GREAT,as are the songs in the mix. Cocorico!
Likin the Gruff Rhys, Decemberists and Jim Noir tracks and that butt.
nice arse and nice mix . . . . I know a surprising number of these. . . . . cool !
Coco-cool! Great cover great mix.
What a wonderful closer, and I'm sure the rest is great... lots of interesting song titles for sure.
know very few here, but The Twilight Sad's name alone makes me want to check them out. some lovely lines there below your mix.
Jim Noir? Oh, I remember him. We used to be friends until he got all 'Famous'. Last time I saw him I bought him a pint. In return he promised me a new pair of Adidas Football boots and a Ginsters pasty. Yet to see them. And where's his second album? The lazy git.
Anyway, this mix is fab. Laura's gonna love it. Infact I'm sure she'll let out a triumphant cheer upon hearing....

Some fine choices: Gruff, Mints, BJM.. Can't think of any wise "cracks" to say about the cover.
Love that opener. This looks splendid.
Just so you don't think I'm ignoring our trade, I am in the middle of moving so I'm behind (ha! I kill me!) on getting stuff out to you!!
This si a great mix BTW

Hmmm, I thought Picasso was a foot man. Great mix! (I'm a recent Vandervelde convert.)
