Basically I was just imagining what it would be like, Cruising along in my Black thunderbird, on the way the way to nowhere in particular grooving to the radio. Some BOSS Jock discovered Big star, his new fave band and is sneaking them in between the regular playlist at his high powered AM radio station. ROCK ON!Feedback:
Great concept. Ah, what a finer decade it would have been had radio (and the public) discovered Big Star. Alas, you actually used some fun music interspersed with the BS (particularly the Sweet and Runaways tracks, plus a lot of kitsch with fine novelty value). Imagine instead interspersing it with, say, ELP and James Taylor, which would really illustrate how essential and revolutionary Chilton Bell et al. truly were.
Mixing Big Star with the Dazed and Confused Soundtrack. Haha. Awesome. Love that movie.
