Well, this started as just trying to get one of doowadette's favorite songs (Come On, Eileen) on a CD and ended up a flashback to my swingset days. Yes, I am part of the generation that discovered sex and Madonna at the same time. And I just re-vamped it so it is officially a 3 CD set, with plenty of songs to harken back to the "good ol' days" when MTV played videos and Atari was king. Speaking of, I just voted Luka off (wrong time period) for Money for Nothing (definitive early MTV song, ni hablar)
And there was a real cosmic convergence in my universe when my favorite group of the moment recorded my favorite show's theme song. Oh, that Patty Donahue. And then of course my favorite character from the show played Kirk's son in Wrath of Khan & Search for Spock, how cool was that?
