This is a French mix that has an indie pop flavour to it (for the most part anyway). There's many old favs from France and Belgium (Watoo Watoo, Autour de Lucie, Melon Galia, etc.) but I also tried to throw in some current QuTbec artists (Les Breastfeeders, Tricot Machine, etc.). I even added a track by Lederhosen Lucil! Heh heh! I like adding in one fruitloop amoung the cheerios! A couple of the artists are not francophones - some are Swedish, English, Czech, etc. but have released songs in French - I tend to like/appreciate bands who do this for some reason! Last note - I could easily make a number of mixes in the genre of French pop and chansons but I find it quite difficult to find interesting French indie pop/rock/electro, etc. It's for this reason that I called the mix "Le jeu de cache-cache" (the game of hide and seek).
