Thank god for your laziness, because this looks like a treat! I received an all-French music CD from a mix club I'm in just a few months ago and it too was filled with both French artists and more familiar American ones just trying a different language and it was one of the most delightful things I've ever had. It's where I discovered Pink Martini, for one. And this looks like its very similar cousin. I love that I'm familiar with many of these musicians but not these French songs (except Wainwright's), so my only complaint is: no link? :( Ah well, I'll seek 'em out myself. In the meantime, keep up the mix-making; procrastination brings out the best in you (except as an essay writer apparently).
