Made for the mixtape trade club I just started on my local bike forum. Here are the parameters:
"As the Girls Rock! Chicago 2007 Camp session quickly approaches (august 13-19), many volunteers and board members are finalizing and organizing everything from bass picks to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. If you are looking for a way to contribute but can't take time from work to volunteer at camp, don't play an instrument or are sick of coming to benefit shows and buying rice krispie treats, you can still help in a huge way.

One project we're looking to complete before camp begins is a mix cd for each camper, full of music by women artists. Send us a mix that you've made, along with a track listing and your name and email, so that the girls can email you if they want to say thanks. Try to leave out super explicit lyrics and bands with just a female vocalist (debbie harry was great, but really). Also, although we are girls ROCK!, we have a ton of campers who are into R&B, hip-hop, raggeaton and even showtunes. Feel free to explore the boundaries of rock, and be creative.
