I'm still in the process of getting caught up with 2007's releases, but it seems unlikely that any month this year will bear as much fruit as March did. Several of the year's best albums were released in March: Andrew Bird, Arcade Fire, Ted Leo, Germans, Panda Bear, and (though I haven't heard the whole thing) Radical Face. It all made for a very satisfying mix, and I'd say almost all of these songs qualify as "great."
