unlike the previously-posted mekons mix, this one's peppered with solo contributions from both jon and sally. a note: both "curse of the mekons" (which was never-available in the US before) and "rock 'n' roll" (which is their finest blast of spite, fury and fiddle - and out of print in the US for years now) just got reissued last week on CD. if you've ever been curious about this essential, endlessly rewarding band, either of those are great places to start...
