Comment:
Luke 7:9"Quo audito Iesus miratus est et conversus sequentibus se turbis dixit amen dico vobis nec in Israhel tantam fidem inveni." translation: When Jesus had heard Luke's mixes, he was amazed at him, and turning to the multitude before him, he said unto them: Behold, I have not found any such mixes that are greater than these, no, not even in all the lands of Israel. listen to sideone.
listen to side
two.
Feedback:
jesus was a pretty white guy
Crazy. And kinda pretty.
Twisted, but wonderful
Jesus looks too much like Adam Levine here, other than that, looks like a cool listen.
I love that Slowblow track. This looks like an interesting listen.
Alex, this & you are incredible. The recipient aint too shabby either. Bravo all round. Love that ABBA track!
Amen!
And his mixes have curative powers: "And they that were sent, returning to the house, found the servant whole that had been sick."
BTW I did an AOTM search on Scriabin and he only shows up in mixes by you, me, and Luke79. I am honored to be in such excellent company.

Illuminating!!
Testify brother!
..as the moonlight cast its sleepy glow through the flimsy curtains that my Aunt Bridie had hung from the guest room window...the merest wisp of lunar ray would fall, feather-like upon the picture of the Sacred Heart adorning the wall at the end of my childish bed...and the heart itself would glisten and glint and come alive to my dreamy eyes. I could not bear it, and Bridie was forced to turn the holy image to face the wallpaper...Therefore, and through no fault of yours, dear Alex, your mix has recalled my childhood terror...ah but maybe, just maybe, the music will save my tattered soul -- so that's alright then :)
Bless thee, brother!Love this thoroughly - from the first poetic apprehension thru dark passageways and across heady seas, down the rainy rues of belle France, thru the final consummation of Verdi, the dissolution of Dusty and the phoenix' tattered feathers of foretold resurrection.Thank you, Alex - you have a place in my SacrT-Cour.
Almond!
Both sides are wicked good. Love that Edith Piaf track and the final four stretch on the second side.
Jesus, Lord! This is a goddamned good mix!
Jesus...had days like this....
Mixes are mentioned in the Bible? Guess I need to read the revised edition. If Jesus has an i-pod, it would be programmed to play this.
a laugh a minute ! Like the look of this . . .
I can't resist a biblical comment: 'and lo, it was good'
Jesus knows what he's talkin' about. Great mix tornadoZ (love the Mia Doi Todd, Piaf, Springfield and His Name is Alive picks especially) and a very worthy tributee.
Have mercy on this here sinner, I nearly missed this one. Mind you I'll keep on worshipping false idols especially those blonde Swedish ones.
