Set the way-back machine for a shady spot in the grasses of Hyde Park circa early 70's, light a spliff and contemplate the universe while enjoying this tribute to the UK freefest scene.Day 1

Feedback:
& what a tribute it is - another winner here
I've been waiting for this with baited breath. Thank you for laying this on us, man. :-) I'll let you know what I think of this fantastic-looking mix when I give it a listen...
Oh yeah, this looks awesome and takes me back to the be-ins on Belmont Plateau in Fairmount Park where we had a similar thing going across the pond.
Far out, man. Lots of Hawkwind going around these days....
I'll be there, with bells on.
Tremendous (unsurprisingly)
Dig it.
This frickin' rocks!
I done grew up awl wrong too cos I is diggin this big time.
All this stuff was in heavy rotation on my Girard turntable when I was six years old. Yes, I was one cool kid. Thanks for rekindling those memories of days gone by. You made my day, mate.
FYI, this is one of the best mixes I've heard in a long time if not *ever* on this site. This would have been MotW if I had had my say.
It took me awhile to get to listen to this, bit it was a phenomenal mix, I'm particularly into the Incredible String Band track.
Apologies for the delay in adding my two pen'orth ( it was posted in a period when I was away from AOTM & only came acrossit while idly searching to see how many times Pete Brown & Piblokto! have featured) but goddamit this is well nigh flawless!
