Aerobic Audiological Tool/Aural Antioxidant (l@bs hyperbaric, extended endorphin-rush, dance mashup). Winter in the offing means an eventual move to indoor Nordic Tracking (vs. outdoor running) once the mercury dips below 30¦, though this mix isn't out of place in one's automobile (be sure & turn up the bass).
Tracks 1~3 = the warm-up...tracks 4+ = maximum beats-per-minute (don't forget electrolyte replacement).

(Cardio shout-outs to "Treadmill" Terry & "Marathon" Mesh!)

Well, it is the promised high speed electro mix! I have been waiting for this because starting January 1 I plan to get a lot of exercise.

Nice cover. Your EKG looks fine Mr Labs, but as a precaution we suggest you lay off the nacho supremes.

Awesome. A post listen comment this.. Loved the opener, and the 7-12 stretch, and the add n to X closer. Not heard that Talvin Singh tune in a long while.. g.a.b. is Back!

heard this at the end of last week, but forgot to check in. as wonderful as expected, with David Torn and Add N to (X) as my two favorites.
