Comment:

A friend of my husband wanted a Tom Jones mix. I was happy to oblige. I am limited in what I have though. A greatest hits, a current album, and a colaboration album. So I chose songs from each, leaning heavy on the collaborative one, it being my favorite. The albums I used are "The Best Of Tom Jones", "The Lead And How To Swing It" and "Reload" I suggest any of them but especially reload which is absolutely amazing! Tom Jones is a classic performer who is adept at keeping up with the times.

Too bad my mom thinks he is the most repulsive, horrid, grotesque human alive.....or dead.
Oh well :) I'd throw my underwear at him anyday! LOL

There are plenty of -great- tunes here, and I like Tom Jones.. but I don't think I could listen to this entire mix without driving my car off a bridge!

Love it! I agree he is an icon and still sounding current, especially on Reload. I just today started a mix of 'big production numbers' and planned on including "All Mine". Good stuff, Disco Diva.

By the way, I saw Tom perform a little over a year ago. Yes, he's filled out and doesn't work those hips like before, but the voice and stage presence are all there!!
