Comment:
For a dear friend, as I'm living far from home. Silly and sentimental.Feedback:
Silly and sentimental perhaps, but the combined elixir of all these fine musicians and songs feels very alive. I love when the alchemy of a mix comes together so ineffably like this. I can't even begin to describe how oddly yet wonderfully the songs seem to go together. And to say nothing of their individual greatness! I'm particularly fond of track 15 - does music really come more pleasurably than that?
I love this. Especially the Cold War Kids covering Lennon. And no, I haven't lived in Chicago for a veeery long time. I'm in Tampa currently. You definitely have my favorite taste in music of any person ever. Haa.
