Comment:

"Brothers and sisters, I wanna see a sea of hands! I wanna hear a little revolution out there! I wanna hear a little bit o' that Christmas spirit, that Yuletide cheer! Brothers and sisters, it takes five seconds of decision..." Etcetera, etcetera...[*wink*]) Well, it looks like this is going to be my last all-new mix until the New Year since I'm now all out of blank Sony CD-R's! So I decided to make every moment count, taking my time to work out the track order, and I decided to make this the official "Pazuzu Christmas Mix." So Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays to all of you on AOTM! Granted, not all the songs here are Christmas-related, but I put a few rocking holiday faves at the en-d of each disc. I would have included John Lennon's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" and Greg Lake & ELP's "I Believe In Father Christmas," but alas, I already used them on previous mix discs and I never repeat a song I've already used. A couple other tracks I kind of wanted to include were the Manic Street Preachers' live cover of George Michael's "Last Christmas" and the Preten-ders' "2000 Miles" (If you know the song, you know why!), but I had been wanting to use "The Masses Against The Classes" and "Talk Of The Town" for a long time, and I figured I had put it off for far too long. (And besides, if I'm wrong and it turns out this isn't my last all-new mix of the year, I'll want to hold over something else for what remains of the holiday season!)

I especially dig the MC5, Police, Alice, Stones, Sabbath, Who, ZZ, Pink Floyd, Thunders, and Creedence. Keep the mixes coming and I second the sentiments of the comment below.
