Comment:
for a mix trade group i'm part of, i was assigned to create an alternate soundtrack to a film. i chose "cabaret." if all the songs don't quite fit the action of the movie, they definitely fit the mood & theme. the title of this mix comes from the dresden dolls song "sing."
Feedback:
I would have loved if you could post the whole mix. Even though I know (own) more than half these choices I'm thoroughly enamored with this genre right now and love stumbling on unknown to me artists that embrace it to the degree that The Dresden Dolls do. Amanda Palmer happens to be a personal hero of mine and when I spot The Dolls on a mix I just have to comment.
