Comment:

I've been working on this mix for a long time. My mixes usually follow a pattern of starting with upbeat, feelgood tunes and then slowing down into a more dreamy finish. But after stockpiling songs for the last couple of months, I had enough to give each of those respective categories their very own disc, taking colour and mood into account too. When I got the track sequence right, it really felt like I unlocked something - hopefully it'll be enough to crack any need for a pick-me-up.

the upbeat-into-dreamy flow seems to be an effective one

I think you may have outdone yourself with this mix. I've had it on repeat for just about the last two days! But when do we get the second part!?
And thank you! I only knew a few of these tunes and already I feel enriched.

Cool, thanks! It has been going down very well off-line(I like to hand out my mixes without tracklistings). But I hope some people will still download, regardless of any prconceptions that some names might stir up!.

As for the second part, soon!

Totally dig the Vampire Weekend tune- it convinced me after a shaky start with those guys. Whole mix looks sweet and lovely picture too.
