The punk bands that were forged in the furnace of Los Angeles rarely get there due, but to me were just as important as the seminal NY and London scenes.


There's alot of great bands here, and even more that I should have added (Redd Kross probably being the most glaring omition) but I hope the mix gives a sense of time and place.
