The idea behind this mix was to go on a journey. A long time ago, I used a deck called Jaro Cards (one is in the cover) as a writing tool - basically free association. I hadn't used it in probably 15 years. I pulled out the deck recently and decided to pick one, and make a CD from it instead of writing something - and this was the result. Involuntary Travel is the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw the card. I also tried to keep the mix inspired by the card, as far as content... finding songs that somehow fit. It's a sorta eclectic mix with some funkiness to it, and hopefully the sense of going somewhere.
