Comment:
A little pickin', a little grinnin', some steel geetar, and even a jug band... Brother doowad provided the evens on disc one and the odds on disc two, and Brother Funky filled in the rest. Some servings are extra greasy, some extra crispy, and some original recipe. Biscuits and taters not included.Feedback:
down home goodness!
blimey, it's all going on here . . . Loved that Patti Smith covers album . . . . hate (with a vengeance) Kentucky Fried Chicken !
Lovin' all that pickin' & grinnin'... and also Townes, Doe, Hank III, Tom Waits, Levon, Buritos, Knitters, Steve Earle, etc, etc.
you two never cease to blow my mind with these offerings - the flying burrito brothers, tom waits & gram parsons are my favorites
Maybe it's the Kentucky in me...but I'm LOVIN' THIS mix! Thanks!
When I see Townes Van Zandt on a mix devoid of Bob Dylan this automatically happens: "In your face Bob Dylan!!!!" I don't why it happens but I like it.
Where esle could you host such a wonderful image as Photobucket? SDQ, Billie H, Del & Brenda are pre-listen highlights for me...
Lots of great stuff here, particularly the Sahm tracks.
Looks juicy. Townes, Jorma, Whitmore ... and so many more .... Finger Lickin'!
Love to see the Meat Purveyors.
No surprise whatsoever - I love this with my whole greasy, fattening, Kentucky-fried heart.
Finger lickin' mixin' and finger lickin' photo-shoppin'!!!
Lots to chew on here. Nice!
I think I just pigged out. My favourite track off GP too!
Not too familiar with a lot the tracks (at least I don't think so), but likes scrumptious (sp?). I'm divin' in.
