Comment:
It's mid February and we are longing for the warmth of the sun. Thinking about the sun. Looking for the sun. Singing about the sun.
Feedback:
I hear ya', George. Today happens to be 60 degrees in NJ and, having the day off, I just got back from a four mile run...warmed by the sun.
Nice looking concoction, here.

That lazy old sun is calling in sick again here today, so this mix would come in very handy . . .
I guess that's what Stonehenge was about, wasn't it? Needing some reassurance that the sun will be coming back again . . . but if I'd been the Druid priest in charge back then I would have just used this mix -

What timing! I'm currently working on my third annual sunshine mix, and i came here looking for inspiration. I found it! Thank you! Some great songs here!
The sun was out for about fifteen minutes a little while ago, but now it's snowing. Again. This looks like a really good listen.
oh wow this is perfect, unfettered beauty, really - that opening 1-5 stretch alone is lush - can't wait to listen to this, thanks for the link
I vaguely remember sunshine. LOVE the VU track.
unbeatable start 1-4
Really digging this one George although its unseasonably warm right now where I am (its raining!).
I love songs with Sun in the title.
Never been a fan of songs about the sun....... ha, ha, who am I kidding? This is pretty much perfection personified, George.
excellent, 'everyone' loves the sun, so 'everyone' should love this . . . count me in anyway !a propos of nothing, I read this morning that Sydney is having it's coldest Feb for 50 years and wettest for 40 !! Did I leave the sun of Dubai for this ??
The sun is out today in Knoxville and that's a wonderful thing since there's a flu epidemic around here. The warmth of the sun makes people feel a whole lot better just as this mix does.
Wow! I bask in this mix's splendor.
Great stuff.
Who wouldn't warm up to this mix. It's brilliant.
Sunny days are "hear" again, looks like a lot of warmth in this one.
Cat Stevens would have been my first choice. It's damn near impossible for me not to think about ants invading picnics and skinny dipping when I listen to him, but I guess your picks'll do too. Okay, you caught me, I'm just being playful, I actually love your picks.
Looks great George - warms the cockles of your heart.
Spot on! Like the bookends, and 2-5 & 9 as well.
As Pebbles and Bam Bam would say "Let the Sunshine In!" Nice antidote to the grey clouds outside... thank for the little ray of sunshine.
Totally lovely winter sunny days in England for nigh on a week now... and this mix would suit them muchly.
What we need for a snowed-in Mid-Atlantic weekend ...
yes we really need the sun now, great stuff
I dig the mix! I absolutely love the Archer Prewitt and Kinks tracks!
Beautiful George, closing 4 being the apex here.
Completely appreciate this one. Though winter does have its steel sky beauty, I say, Give me sun already.
Beautiful, great opening four and it never really lets down.
