Other Mixes By darrylseattle
boo hoo, she thinks my mix cd is too weird!
Comment:
this is my first aotm submission. recently met a woman and gave her a few mix cd's. this is the second one. she said that it was weird and she would not be able to listen to the whole thing all the way through more than the one time that she already had. guess it will be chalked up as an accomplishment. you should be able to download mix here. it was the only free site that would upload more than a handful of songs at a time, but they have to be downloaded one song at a time - any better suggestions are welcome.Feedback:
This is a weird mix? What's weird about it? These are all fun songs...maybe she's the weird one.Welcome to the site!<3 Sara
i guess if you like richard cheese, hulk hogan, joanna newsom, elvis and peaches you qualify as pretty weird.
i must be weird, too.

Well, to hell with her then!!!! ; ) Just kidding. Welcome to the site! I am downloading that Randy Savage Track with unrivaled fervor.Oh, and to answer your question: - 1. Burn Tracklist to CD. - Download CD (this will maintain the sequencing. Plus, you can rename the mix. - 3. Once downloaded, locate where the mp3's are located and zip them up (WinZip). - 4. Upload zip file to one of the free share sites (I use Megaupload, but that's only a preference, there are tons of fine ways to share music: Rapidshare, YouSendIt, etc.) - 5. Upon upload...copy link provided and either note within the commentary of add to URL to music File (track #1, for example).Sure there are easier ways to share, but this how I upload my track-by-track mixes and I thought I save you all the wasted time I've experienced.
weird is catchy!
This is fun and very danceable.

Am I doing something wrong? When I go to grab this mix all I get is Nilsson. I want to hear it! Rock on, Darrylseattle.
ok, so i'm slow, i just figured out i have to download a song at a time. this looks good, i'm going to check it out.
welcome to the site.
looks good to me . . . and all over the lounge spectrum . . . .
Whadda chicks know huh? Looks fun and cool and weird in a great way to me. Welcome to aotm!
I like it, but "happy boy" & "constipation blues" are maybe a little weird for a first date . . .
What mahdishain said.
Women are weird. Men like music.
Obviously that woman needs to get out more because this isn't "weird" by any stretch of the imagination. If anything it's predictably campy considering the two tracks by Richard Cheese along with Weird Al and Barney. But it's just the sort of thing I enjoy after a few scotch crustas. Well done.
I figure giving a mix to someone you are interested in is a sort of litmus test. If they love it, they have potential, if they don't...well there are probably plenty of others who would love it. This looks like fun to me.
What's weird? Did she notice that you were wearing a grill to go with track 8? Looks good to me.
Hey, thanks for the compliments on my jazz mixes. My dad would really like this, especially the barney song. No offence, but if I were the woman that thought that your mix was weird, I would think the same thing. I like the bill cosby, nelly, deann and elvis. Anywhos, thanx for the comments! HAPPY MIXING!!!
Constipation Blues... nice. File under romance!
Oh yeah, to upload if you are doing itunes, all you have to do is drag the playlist from your library into a folder, archive it (macs: use right click or control click to bring up menu, select archive folder, pcs: depends, try right click, archive) and use a site like sendspace like the Musicgnome says. Best,
Mike

Definitely an eclectic mix of songs you've got there, darrylseattle! I'm really not all that familiar with everything here, although I kind of know how Nilsson's You're Breaking My Heart goes (and from what little I've heard, it's pretty hilarious)
And the only Richard Cheese number I know of is his rendition of Disturbed's Down With The Sickness (which I first heard on the soundtrack of the 2004 Dawn Of The Dead</b remake)!
By the way, thank you for your kind comment on my MIX #62! If you think that's something, be sure to check out all the others (so far I've got 68)!

dig that Dean-o, and one of my favorite Elvis cuts. My daughter was right.
i don't know whether to call you crazy or give you a big hug.
This is great, not totally weird, just about right. Hooray for Harry & Barney!
I find that whenever I give a woman a mix with Barney on it, I'm guaranteed a night of sweet sweet love. Great debut! Looking forward to a sequel. Thanks for the comment on Clap and Shout, btw :)
