Comment:
and now here's one I made with fellow Gangster blasikin in mind; a collection of tunes that I think he'll enjoy. I was able to meet up with Mike at a Mexican burrito joint when I visited L.A. last year and we had a blast. There's not a finer fellow on AotM. listen to sideone.
listen to side
two.

Feedback:
Adventures in unpredictability! from Les Baxter to Barry White by way of Nina Hagen, this looks like a blazing hot hot hot tornado.
If I may, which Burrito Place. Goin' to L.A. Next Week, and me likey burritos!!!! I'd be happy to spin this to fully commemorate the occasion!
My guess is this ain't ambient; so I'll just have to d/l & find out...
That is some hot sause Alex.
looks like a whoopin' good time
lots to explore here . . . Les Baxter, I know, but I'm pretty much guessing after that . . . thanks for the link . . .
Let's see, we got the Arrow original of HHH, some singing inmates, and a Hawaiian cowboy. Road trip! Burritos for everybody!
Thank you for this wonderful gift, Gangster Z. You've made my week.
Mike is a fine fella and this looks like (as always, in theory, as I know so little of the material that you use before downloading one of your mixes) a fine effort.
Nina Hagen, the girl with frightening hair. As you may note by that sentence I'm at a loss here. More stuff I don't know.
Side one is an adventure, side two a mystery. Thanks for the dl.
What Mark said... can't wait to tune in!
This looks completely insane. And delightful. I've had a crush on Harry Belafonte since the second grade.
A terrific mix. One I'm sure Gangster B will be proud to have his name on. Great Baxter opener. Hey, and don't let Moby hear that 'Inmates of the Mississippi and Louisiana State Penitentiaries' track. He'll be sampling it before you can say 'Inmates of the Mississippi and Louisiana State Penitentiaries'..
Mike loves Mahiala, I love Harry B. And surely ther'es some mistake on track 5? That Pambou song was obviously meant for my mix no? Brilliant.. Other highlights, Pata Pata, Messenjah, the swirly organs of the Special Five, Lim=n Limonero - all of it really.
This could be your best yet..

Something tells me I would enjoy munching on burittos with all you gangsters. I enjoyed this mix immensely. Closing 5 really hit me hard. Ta Alex.
I've always had a man crush on Harry Belafonte as well, and blasikin too for that matter. I'm sure he'll love this!
I waited to post until listenting to this one, and all I've got to say is Whew! A lot of fun.
Nicely done. I love a look of this one.
Wow, almost missed this... this looks like I'm going to like it a lot. Nina Hagen & Barry White!
Yo, yo, yo! What up G! Uhm, I love this mix. The Delgado -> Hagen -> Kino just plain rocks.
Dug this quite a bit. Love that Barry White closer on side one, and really enjoyed MouanguT & His that African Ensemble track. Gonna have to look into that one...
I love this something good, Mr. tornadoZ. Side one starts gives me my gospel fix and brings me closer to the Lord; by side two we have slid into one of the best international drinking mixes ever concocted. Pour the rum!
diggin' in a cool style
Well done, as usual, Alex. Not much of a Barry White fan, but interesting context, as usual.
