Feedback:
There is a song by Up And Running called Ruby. I shall only add that there is not enough Wonder Stuff stuff around these parts.
Very nice. Wish I had thought of it!
the waits is sublime.i justused it on a mix as you noted. thanks!
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
(Doesn't sound like Ruby in the First Edition song.)

Mixxer is right -- the Ruby in some of these songs is definitely not a virtuous woman! The title is merely the springboard for the theme.
Thanks to all for the feedback.

Rock & Roll Ruby is wearing her red dress now, in honor of this fine set.
(The ludicrous Walter Brennan performance of " Ruby, Don't Take Your Love To Town" would spoil the mood here, but it is one of the 1001 songs you should hear before you die, just for laughs.)
