Comment:
made this for driving with the windows down... until it started raining and the temperature dropped 28 degrees. I guess it sounds okay with the windows up. listen to sideone.
listen to side
two.

Feedback:
You got me here, Alex, though Jacques Brel is a highlight. Downloading now to get myself educated.
Wow. Not a whole lot on here I actually know, so thank god for downloads!
High Llamas, Breeders, and, yeah, lots of unfamiliar stuff. Looking forward to giving this a listen!
Can't say I know too many of these artists either. My wife listens to MGMT and I am a P.J. Harvey fan. Other than that, I'm stumped. I'll give it a listen. Thanks!
It's sixty degrees and sunny and I can see snow on the mountains. I can understand where this mix is coming from.
Ha, yes, I sympathise with the weather conditions. Today at 2 o'clock I looked out my window and expected to see brilliant sunshine, like it had been all morning, but instead saw a December-esque hail storm. Anyway, I think this is great - I love the PJ Harvey at the beginning of the second half, and the High Llamas in the first. Like the others said, there is a lot to be educated in too!
all ooooover the place and I like it
i am determined to listen to this mix tomorrow as the rest of the week will be rain-filled. right now it's about 5¦. i'll report back.
Breeders > Belly is a hot combination. But the real question is, why didn't Ellen Foley achieve more fame for having done the female voice in "Paradise By The Dashboard Light"?
Very good scope of artists. Bodies Of Water is a great opener.
Spring is toying with us in London. A great lookin mix Alex.
looks great under any weather condition, though i have to admit i prefer the latter
Just recently got into Bodies of Water, and especially like that track you picked. Funny agree with Mixxer on the Breeders > Belly combo. Great Jacques Brel and High Llamas tracks.
You know, I've loved Bodies Of Water since a certain Gangster played 'I Heard It Sound' for me. That opener is even better I think. Love that MGMT-Llamas run. My favourite track on Side One was the one about the Donkey.
On to Side 2. I'm a big fan of Phil Seymour, especially his performance in Capote. But do we really need some Jesus lovers singing Chirpy-Chirpy-Cheep-Cheep? Of course we bloody do. Brilliant! The Breeders/WP run reminded me of 1992. And I couldn't wait for the I Flippers con Edoardo Vianello song to appear. Was I dissapointed? No I was not. Another t'riffic mix, Alex.

Bet this sounds great with the windows up or down -- hear in San Diego it's definitely the latter! Everything looks wonderful, but you had me with the Doddletown Pipers.
Love the Brel, Swift and Ono tracks.
Nicely done. I'm always amazed how you can mix stuff up like Horst Jankowski, The Breeders and Jaques Brell and it all sounds so good. I love that MGMT track, it doesn't happen too often that I hear current songs that I like.
Hawks not doves are circling the sky and it's raining today. I'm ready to head out with this one in the car CD.
I even thought the Yoko song (and I'm not a fan) fit nicely. Top notch mixing.
I think we can dispense with windows altogether. As Horst himself may have said upon hearing this bundle of delights -- Ich bin glncklich. Even Yoko, god bless her, cannot spoil it :)
