Comment:
I have done many ambient, post-rock, and depression, mixes. I Wanted to try something a littlebit new, or less unheard by me. I guess it worked well, although this is a bit calm & moody...But that's my thing. I hope you all get something new and different, and not only the same, as mostly my mixes afford. By myself I have enjoyed this well, couple of days now. And where that tittle comes from? Dunno, It just sounds good, so I taked it from Paul Simon. ENJOY!Feedback:
Great title! Besides that, great picks here, my favorite would be 2-3, but I also love the R.E.M., Bruce, Cohen, pretty much all of it.
I agree with everything doowad said (or wrote).
I really enjoyed this mix. Track 4 is one of my favorite songs at the moment and there's a great deal of other great selections on here. R.E.M., Neil Young, Animal Collective, Lily Allen...great mix.
This is absolutely fantastic, Rob! I love it! Keep these up...
Saw Yes on here and thought it was a Darth Pazuzu mix. Love the Nico/Walker pairing, one who can sing and one who can't, both great songs though.
Entrancingly eclectic. Who else would've thought of Nancy & Lee after Genesis? Or Aine Minogue followed by The Doors?
Such a great mix. Spooky choice of closer, and title also. Fine stuff...
Lots of good stuff on here!Hurray for Thom Yorke and Leonard Cohen. Nice!
yeah i'm with rob here, this is a great new turn for sure - 2-3, 10-12, 14, 19-20 look especially fantastic
Scott Walker, Joanna Newsom and Nancy & Lee picks are favorites on this one. it's good to see Finland's spring flowers are out in full bloom.
Fabulous. Love the 5-8 run, 10, 14, 16 and tghe closing pair is inspired.
I like this, esp the ending
Not your usual mix, but damn, it's great! Nice man.
Extremely good. Yes indeed, extremely good...and everybody thinks it's true -- it is now.
