Friends of mine just celebrated their daughter's first birthday. I'm a relatively cheap guy, so I figured instead of going out to Babies-R-Us and buying them an armor plated stroller or some such, I'd throw together a mix for Lily (their daughter). So I stepped into both my composer and DJ shoes. All the tracks on the mix were written by me under my Abstract Audio Systems guise. The object was to create a lulling mix that would put the little tyke to bed softly. Hope it does the same for you. I really could have gone for a Lilybies-induced nap right about now, but had to settle for enjoying this while working. Very nice...congrats on MotW!

No offense but I kept drifting off while listening to this one. Perhaps I should not be reclining with headphones. Very nicely done.

very nice, though I had to go around the office and rouse everyone afterwards. but seriously, this fit perfectly with today's cool and grey Seattle morning. if this gets played too often at bedtime, that little girl is going to grow up to be an astronaut. congrats on mix of the week.
