Woo, I've made a gazillion shoegaze mixes, and here's another one. Since everything blends into a lovely cloud of feedback and reverb, they're a cinch. This one's meant to introduce my cousin to the joys of that underappreciated sound, so it's okay if I've got some of the genre's most obvious selections (Slowdive! MBV!) on here. I also tried to include a couple of the genre's inspirations in this one, as well as some bands that came about after the late eighties. I kept it reasonably fresh, I think.Feedback:
Shoegaze, was it really a scene? Let that debate rage elsewhere, can't fault much of this. The first four are exceptional. That Pale Saints track is superb. And that Chills song I could enthuse over until I frost over.

This looks amazing. I love the whole thing really, but the closing track really does it for me.
This one is fantastic.. the Boards fits in really well with the rest. I also did a Shoegazer comp that started with VU..
