February was a fantastic month -- almost all of these songs come from very good-to-great albums. My favoite of 2008 so far is the Headlights album, with The Raveonettes, School Of Language, Kelley Stoltz, Je Suis Animal, and Grand Archives not far behind.

Note that La Scala is the new project from Balthazar de Ley, formerly of Menthol. Menthol's S/T debut is on my personal list of "lost classics" (and can be found in a bargain bin near you!).
