... unlike the other "Decades"-Mixes so far, this one actually covers a period when I had moved away from making Beatles and Queen tapes from my parents' record collection and started buying my own records (I think they were called CDs back then). And apart from Aphex Twin and New Order, which I hadn't gotten around to listen to at my record dealer in those days, this could well have been from my own personal golden age of mixTAPES, 96-98.
